What we do

Services

We originate and structure large renewable-to-compute deals — assessment and use-case fit up front, commercial structuring in the middle, delivery and procurement on the back end. Deals are typically structured on a hybrid model with promote and capex success fee; we can also provide boots on the ground for EPC oversight and financing support when needed.

01

Advisory

What we do before a site is ready to transact.

  1. Site assessment

A structured review of the site, the power profile, and the interconnect position that will shape any deal.

    For
Renewable power owners who want a credible second opinion on whether their asset is buildable for compute.
    Outcome
A go / no-go read on the site, with the data points that determine fit.
  2. Use-case strategy

A practical match between the site’s power shape and the workload — inference, training, or mining.

    For
Owners and developers with a site who haven’t decided what kind of compute demand fits.
    Outcome
A use-case recommendation backed by the operating economics that matter to both sides.
  3. Commercial structuring

Shaping the path to a signed deal with a hybrid commercial model — promote and capex success fee — across offtake, PPA, JV, or operator partnership.

    For
Both sides of the table: power owners monetizing capacity, and operators needing aligned access to viable energy.
    Outcome
A structure that survives underwriting, with economics and terms both counterparties can sign.

02

Delivery & execution

The work that turns a viable site into a signed deal.

  1. Utility, BTM/FTM, and interconnect

Negotiation with the utility and the ISO on hybrid behind-the-meter and front-of-the-meter arrangements, interconnect terms, and queue position — so on-site generation and firm grid availability work together.

    For
Hyperscale, colocation, and large AI operators locking down the power side of a specific site before capex.
    Outcome
Signed interconnection and BTM/FTM agreements, with the rate design, availability, and curtailment terms that make the site financeable.
  2. Land acquisition

Sourcing, optioning, and closing on land for AI data center campuses — greenfield and brownfield.

    For
Compute operators and developers who need a path from a target region to a controlled site, fast.
    Outcome
A controlled parcel with the title, access, and grid position required to start construction.
  3. Procurement, supply chain, and build-out

Hands-on support on the import and export side of a buildout: long-lead equipment, switchgear, transformers, cooling, and the construction trades.

    For
Operators building a new AI data center who need experienced help on the parts of the program that are not the silicon.
    Outcome
A build program with the right vendors, the right contracts, and the right team in place before the first pour.
  4. EPC oversight and financing support

Boots on the ground when needed — managing EPC delivery and helping source financing so the project moves from term sheet to construction.

    For
Owners and operators who want execution support beyond advisory, without standing up a full in-house team.
    Outcome
An EPC path and financing process that stay coordinated through close and into build.

NDA, then a meeting.
